Maxtrac Suspension coil spacers are an easy and cost effective way to lift your coil spring suspension vehicle. Unlike cheaper polyurethane coil spacers that deteriorate and break apart over time, the forged aluminum construction of these coils spacers ensures a long life without any sagging.

New rear lift blocks and extended length u bolts achieve a 4" lift in the rear of the truck. Extended length MaxTrac shocks are also included to accommodate the longer travel.
